One campaign idea, one thread all the way to launch
Website pages, banners, video, LinkedIn, Google Ads, articles, tracking: at Servion, every campaign starts as an idea discussed together and goes through a review in the Hub before it goes live.
CX integrator: contact center, CCaaS, AI agents · Princeton and India · client since 2025
The setting
All of digital marketing, one point of contact
At Servion, a campaign idea does not scatter across six tools and four agencies. It follows one thread, from start to finish.
Servion has been building contact centers and AI agents for large companies for more than thirty years. Since early 2025, MyDigipal has run its acquisition: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, remarketing, video on YouTube), LinkedIn, Reddit, the pages of servion.com, banners and video, blog articles, tracking, SEO and visibility in AI assistants.
Every Wednesday, the governance call brings together Bruce Eidsvik, Chief Growth Officer, Selva, VP Marketing, and the MyDigipal team. That is where campaigns are born.
How a campaign travels
From idea to launch, with nothing lost on the way
An idea is discussed on Wednesday. MyDigipal builds the page that will receive the traffic, produces the creatives and the ads, then presents everything in the Hub, where Selva and Bruce comment, ask for a second round and approve. What gets approved is what goes live.
Selva sends the brief, we build the page in WordPress with its desktop, tablet and mobile versions. Servion reviews and publishes.
Every creative is approved one by one, with its comments. In September 2026, Selva went through ten ads in seven minutes: nine approved, one to rework.
Six projects and 141 items tracked in the Hub: decisions, reviews, tasks. Every choice leaves a trace.
What it delivers
Cheaper clicks, and far more people reached
Content
Articles written with AI, in Servion's own voice
The AI writes in Servion's tone, with its words and its examples. Its leaders review in the Hub and sign off. When Bruce asked for a less absolute tone on the very first article, the request became a writing rule, checked before every draft goes out.
Servion's vocabulary, the words it avoids, and claims that are always nuanced.
Mike Pietig, VP Client Success, reviewed and edited an article directly in the Hub: business vocabulary, practitioner detail.
Each article becomes a video, LinkedIn posts and long-form Reddit posts.
Tracking
Twelve conversions, one name on four platforms
We rebuilt the tracking from scratch: every conversion point goes to GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Reddit under the same name, so leads add up across channels without second-guessing.
MQLs and opportunity stages flow back into Google Ads: 13 MQLs attributed to Google Ads in 2026.
Webinar registrations were counted twice, about 40% too many. Fixed since March 2026.
Banner and Consent Mode by region, checked by an automatic country-by-country test.
« Every campaign goes through one place: we discuss it on Wednesday, approve it in the Hub, and it goes live exactly as we approved it. »
What you can take home
Three rules for a B2B marketing team
The page, the creatives, the ads and the tracking move together, not one after the other.
You approve the real thing, where you see it. What gets approved is what goes out.
The conversion exists on every platform, under the same name, before the first impression.
Frequently asked questions
What we get asked
Who publishes the website pages?
We build them and deliver them as drafts; Servion's team reviews and publishes. The website stays theirs.
Are the articles written by AI?
Drafted with AI in Servion's voice, then reviewed, edited and signed off by its leaders. Nothing goes out without them.
