Three hours to get going. A full day to go deep.

Remote or at your offices, built on the cases of your trade. The price is per session, whatever the headcount up to 20 people.

Our preferred format

3-hour session

Short enough to keep everyone’s full attention, long enough for each person to work on their own files. Two teams can go through it on the same day.

To go deep

Full day

The foundations in the morning, your cases in depth in the afternoon. The format for offsites and leadership teams.

Three hours, minute by minute

How our remote sessions run. Never all the theory then all the practice: we alternate, and everyone gets hands-on.

0 h 00 · 5 min

Welcome

Everyone states their level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. The session adjusts from minute one.

0 h 05 · 20 min

Your framework

The tools allowed in your company, your internal rules, who to ask. Presented with your team.

0 h 25 · 30 min

Understanding AI

The vocabulary, the risks, the ground rules, the energy footprint. And a game to start: “AI or not AI?”

0 h 55 · 20 min

The CRAFT method

Context, role, action, format, tone: letter by letter, then two live before-and-afters, on your tasks.

1 h 15 · 15 min

Exercise 1, solo

A CRAFT prompt on a real task, timer running. Volunteers share their screen and we rework it live.

1 h 30 · 10 min

Break

Ten minutes, and the questions that come up in between.

1 h 40 · 30 min

Going further

Six techniques, dictation, custom instructions, a hallucination caught red-handed, a spreadsheet questioned at four levels.

2 h 10 · 25 min

Exercise 2, in teams

One case per team of five, a shared document, the steps split up: a real deliverable, with or without a file.

2 h 35 · 15 min

Show and tell

Each team shows its deliverable, its prompt, and what got stuck. We fix it together.

2 h 50 · 10 min

Tomorrow

An agent and an automation demonstrated, and everyone’s action plan for the week.

They leave with

  • the interactive material
  • the recording and transcript
  • a recap of the template prompts
  • the exercise cheat sheet
  • a five-step action plan

And on a full day

  • a lunch kept for everyone’s questions
  • what other companies are doing
  • a group workshop: your cases ranked by feasibility and impact
  • data and processes, the foundation of AI
  • a shared roadmap, and what everyone does on Monday

Two levels to get started, four tracks to go further

Every team starts from where it is. The specialised tracks are built on your project, and we take the time to understand it.

Introduction

Beginner

For whom
People who have never really used AI, or barely.
What they learn
  • What a language model, a prompt and a hallucination are
  • The tool allowed in your company, and the data never to paste
  • The CRAFT method, then iterating and checking
What they do with it
Exercises on their real tasks: preparing a meeting, writing a delicate message, summarising a long text in five points.
Format
One 3-hour session

Introduction

Intermediate

For whom
People who already use it and want reliable results.
What they learn
  • Reverse questions, style imitation, step by step, self-assessment
  • Custom instructions and working on files
  • Guardrails, and images
What they do with it
Auditing a text against guidelines then rewriting it, turning a note into a brief, finding the story in a spreadsheet.
Format
One 3-hour session or a full day. Both levels can run in the same room: each group picks its own.

Specialised

Building your agents

For whom
Teams who repeat the same requests every week.
What they learn
  • Setting up an assistant once: its instructions, its reference documents
  • As a GPT, a Gem or a Copilot agent, depending on your tool
  • In order: the scheduled task, the agent, then the automation
What they do with it
Your assistants, built in the session: for instance one that answers from your documents, quotes the passage, and says “not stated” when the answer is not there.
Format
Several 3-hour sessions, on quote

Specialised

Automations

For whom
Growth managers, marketing ops, operations teams.
What they learn
  • n8n or Make workflows, built live

Specialised

AI across the company

For whom
Leadership first, then every team.
What they learn
  • An awareness session for all, then workshops by trade

What is included, before, during and after the session

Remote or on-site, three hours or a full day. The work around the session is what makes it useful the very next day.

  1. A call to see where the team stands with AI, its tools, its uses. Then a questionnaire for every participant, to get to know each person.

  2. Several briefing calls and written briefs: we shape the programme with you, case by case.

  3. Built on the cases of your trade, in your tools. The content is available before the session.

  4. Led by a practitioner: everyone works on their own files, with interactive material for all.

  5. The recording of the sequences, the written transcript, and tool recommendations for your context.

The CRAFT method

Most people think "AI doesn't work": they just don't know how to ask. CRAFT is the prompt structure that turns a correct answer into a usable one. It's part of the foundations every participant leaves with, alongside the non-negotiable data-security module.

  1. Context

    What's the situation or background?

Example: “I'm preparing Monday's sales meeting with the team.”

  2. Role

Who is the AI supposed to act as?

Example: “You are an experienced sales director.”

  3. Action

What do you want it to do?

Example: “Summarise the quarter's sales and suggest three priorities.”

  4. Format

What should the output look like?

Example: “A table, then a short conclusion.”

  5. Tone

    How should it sound?

    Example: “Direct, no jargon.”

Each field is one thing the AI no longer has to guess.

Data security, the non-negotiable module

A client file, a sales sheet or a contract doesn't get pasted just anywhere. We cover which data never to send, which settings to switch on, and which European options exist. We consider this module mandatory in every sector.

What they can do when they walk out

Not general AI culture: precise moves, on their own files, that they repeat the next day.

  1. No longer afraid of AIWe make it concrete, step by step, on the cases of their job.
  2. Knowing how to askThe CRAFT method: precise requests, usable answers.
  3. Knowing what it really doesSummaries, data analysis, writing, presentations, automations.
  4. Spreading it around themParticipants become the go-to people in their team.
  5. Spotting the advanced casesThe processes where AI will save the most time.
What participants say they will do the very next dayTaken from their written feedback.

AI for every department

Each session is built on the tasks of the people in the room. Here is what one of them asks the assistant once the training is over.

  • Finance

    An example request

“From this export, explain the gap between budget and actuals this month in three causes, with the figures, for the leadership team.”

Also: clean and check data entries, draft budget narratives.

  • Managers and directors

    An example request

“Here are the minutes of the last three steering committees. List the decisions made, who has to act and by when, and flag what was left unanswered.”

Also: draft strategic presentations, prepare board meeting materials.

  • Human resources

    An example request

“Rewrite this job ad for a field sales rep: what they will do in their first week, what we expect, no HR jargon.”

Also: summarise CVs, draft onboarding materials.

  • Property and real estate

    An example request

“Write the listing for this two-bedroom flat from the technical sheet, without promising anything the sheet does not say.”

Also: summarise due diligence documents, compare market listings.

They took it. Here is what they say.

Every session ends with a questionnaire. 497 participants have filled it in since 2022.

Frequently asked questions

What a manager asks before launching their team’s training.

How much does a session cost?

A 3-hour session costs $1,490 remote and $1,790 on-site, excluding VAT; a full day, $2,690 and $3,190. The price is per session, whatever the headcount up to 20 people: for a remote group of 12, that is $124 per person. The more sessions you book, the less each one costs: 5% off for two, 10% for three to four, 15% for five to seven, 20% from eight.

3-hour session or full day: which one?

We recommend the 3-hour session: short enough to keep everyone’s full attention, long enough for each person to work on their own files. For a large team, several 3-hour sessions beat one long day, and two groups can go through on the same day. The full day suits offsites and leadership teams who want to go deep on one topic.

How many people per session?

10 to 15 is ideal for a workshop: everyone asks their questions and works on their own cases. With 21 to 50 people in one session, a 15% surcharge applies. Beyond 50, the session becomes a webinar, with demonstrations and questions, and a 50% surcharge. The simulator suggests how to split the groups, and you can change it.

Remote or at our offices?

Both, with the same content. On-site, travel from London is added depending on the destination and whether a hotel night is needed; two 3-hour sessions on the same day share one trip. In London, it is included.

What is included in the price?

Before the session: a diagnostic call, a questionnaire sent to every participant, several briefing calls and written briefs, a programme built on your cases, and access to the content ahead of time. During: the session, led by a practitioner, and interactive material for everyone. After: the recording of the sequences, the written transcript and tool recommendations fitted to your context.

Which tools will we use?

Your teams’ own: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The training starts from your real environment, not a generic demo, and also helps you pick the right tool for each task.

Is our data protected during the training?

It is a module in its own right, and we consider it essential: which data never to paste into an assistant, which settings to switch on, which European options exist. Participants leave knowing how to use AI without exposing a client file or a contract.

After the session, how does everyone keep going?

With the MyDigipal AI Academy, the online course: the track for their tool, reviewed exercises, at their own pace. As soon as you book a training, every one of your employees gets 30% off, and so do your partner companies.
