How we read your need
Groupe Vinso is opening two sites in 2027 and has to train 140 employees without ever stopping production. The difficulty in this tender is not the training content, which is standard. It is in the scheduling of the sessions around operational constraints.
That is why our proposal starts from the production calendar rather than from the training programme. Anyone can write you the programme. The calendar is where feasibility is decided.

What our research told us about you
These points come from recent public sources. They explain some of the choices in our proposal.
March 2026
Announcement of the two site openings, with a target of a gradual ramp-up through 2027. Our approach is built on that gradual curve rather than on a single start date.
January 2026
Annual report published: staff retention is named as the leading social issue. We have therefore added individual follow-up, which the specification did not ask for.
Ongoing
Your job adverts regularly mention shift work. Our sessions are offered in three time slots, one of them at night, which few providers accept.
Why this section exists. It was not requested. It is here because it proves, in one page, that we looked at who you are before writing. On a methodology criterion weighted at 40 %, that is what separates us from a copied submission.
Our approach
Three principles, held from start to finish
Never more than 15 % of a team away at the same time. The schedule is built from your production windows, not from our trainers' availability. It is a constraint we impose on ourselves, and it is contractual.
Short sessions, repeated. Two hours rather than a full day. Progress looks slower on paper and is clearly better in practice, because nothing is forgotten between two sessions.
One named contact across the 14 months. Reachable directly, with no call centre and no change of contact mid-engagement. It is the point we get the most positive feedback on.
Our references on comparable work
An engagement of the same kind in 2024
90 employees trained on shift patterns, on a site running continuously, with no production stoppage. The short-session approach proposed here comes directly from it.
The only provider who agreed to fit their sessions around our constraints rather than the other way round.

Reading the scoring grid
The criteria and their weightings are taken from the tender rules. The right-hand column is our own assessment, for internal use: it shows where to put the effort before submission.
| Criterion | Weight | Where we stand |
| Methodology and organisation | 40 % | Strong. It is our strong point, and the approach section is written for it. |
| References and experience | 25 % | Strong. The 2024 engagement matches almost point for point. |
| Price | 20 % | To decide. See the open point below. |
| Quality certification | 15 % | To complete. See the open point below. |
The two points to settle before submission
Neither of these appears in any of the documents provided. They are therefore flagged rather than invented.
Open point 01 · Quality certification
Our certification number was not found in the available documents. The criterion is worth 15 % of the score. We either provide the number, or explain in one line the equivalence we hold. Writing nothing loses 15 points; writing an unverified claim would be a false declaration.
Open point 02 · Day rate
The rate has been left blank on purpose. It is a commercial decision that belongs to you, and it depends on information I do not have: your expected workload over the period, and how strategic this client is. Price is worth 20 % of the score.
What these two boxes demonstrate. the assistant had, in its first draft, stated that we were certified. It was false, confidently phrased, and entirely credible. The instruction state nothing about us that is not in the documents provided, and flag what is missing turned a false declaration into a list of tasks. It is the most profitable safeguard of the whole session.
